How to Log Out of Instagram on All Devices
See every phone, tablet, and browser logged into your Instagram account in Accounts Center, log out the ones you do not recognize, and change your password.

If you think someone else has access to your account, or you left yourself logged in on a borrowed device, you can see every active session and end the ones you do not want. The list lives in Meta's Accounts Center under Password and security.
Open Accounts Center
Open the Instagram app, tap your profile picture in the bottom right, tap the three horizontal lines in the top right, tap Settings and activity, then tap Accounts Center at the top.
Tap Password and security
Tap Password and security, then tap Where you're logged in.
Select the account
Tap the Instagram account you want to check. A list of every device and browser currently logged in appears, each with the device type, approximate location, and how long ago it was active. The one you are holding is marked as the current device.
Log out the sessions you do not want
Tap a device to see its details, then tap Log out. To clear several at once, tap Select devices to log out, check each one, and tap Log out. Leave your current device checked only if you want to be logged out here as well. Each session ends right away, and the next time someone opens Instagram on that device it asks for a password.
Change your password
Logging out other devices does not stop someone who knows your password from logging back in. Go back to Password and security, tap Change password, choose the account, and enter your current password followed by a new one twice. Use a password you do not use anywhere else. Changing the password also ends every other session automatically.
Review login alerts
While you are on the Password and security screen, tap Login alerts and make sure alerts are on for the account. Instagram then emails or notifies you when a login happens from a new device, so you know sooner if the problem comes back.
Turn on two-factor authentication. On the same Password and security screen, tap Two-factor authentication, choose the account, and pick Authentication app or SMS. After that, a password alone is not enough to log in from a new device. Save the backup codes Instagram shows you somewhere safe.
On the website. On instagram.com, click More, Settings, Accounts Center, Password and security, then Where you're logged in. The steps are the same from there.
