You have a handful of photos, receipts, or screenshots and need to send them as one file. Every phone and computer can do this with built-in tools, and each photo becomes one page.
Put the photos in order first
The tools below place pages in selection order or file-name order. Move the photos into one folder or album and, if the order matters, rename them 01, 02, 03 before you start. Then select them in that order.
On iPhone, print the photos to a PDF
Open Photos, tap Select, and tap each photo in the order you want. Tap the share icon, then Print. On the print preview, pinch out on the first page thumbnail to open it, tap the share icon, and choose Save to Files. Pick a folder and tap Save.
Or open Files, find the images, tap Select, choose them, tap the three-dot button in the corner, and tap Create PDF. The new PDF appears in the same folder.
On Android, use Google Photos or Files
Open Google Photos, long-press the first photo, tap the rest, then tap the share icon and choose Print. In the print screen, tap the printer dropdown at the top, choose Save as PDF, and tap the save button. Name the file and pick a folder. The Files app works the same way: select the images, open the three-dot menu, and pick Print.
On a Mac, use the Finder Quick Action
In Finder, select the images by clicking the first one and Command-clicking the rest in order. Right-click the selection and choose Quick Actions, Create PDF. The PDF appears in the same folder, named after the first image, with one page per photo in the order you selected them.
On Windows 11, print to Microsoft Print to PDF
In File Explorer, select the images, right-click, and choose Print (click Show more options first if it is not listed). In the Print Pictures window, set the printer to Microsoft Print to PDF, choose a layout on the right (Full page photo puts one image per page), and click Print. Name the file and click Save.
If the page sizes look odd. Each image becomes one page at its own dimensions unless you choose a layout or paper size in the print dialog, so pick Letter or A4 there if the pages need to match.
If you need to reorder pages later. Open the PDF in Preview on a Mac and drag the thumbnails in the sidebar; on other platforms, rename the files in the order you want and create the PDF again.
