How to Set Up a Kids Profile on Netflix
Add a Kids profile from Manage Profiles so a child sees only titles rated for children, then set the maturity level under Profile & Parental Controls.

A child is using your Netflix account and you want them to see only shows and movies made for children. A Kids profile does that with its own simplified home screen. You can create one from any device, then fine-tune it in a browser.
Open Manage Profiles
Click or tap your profile icon, then Manage Profiles. On a TV, go to the profile selection screen and choose Manage Profiles at the bottom. In the mobile app, tap My Netflix, the pencil icon, then Manage Profiles.
Add a new profile
Click Add Profile. Type a name for the child.
Mark it as a Kids profile
Tick Kids (labeled Children in some regions) beneath the name, then click Continue or Save. The profile appears with a Kids badge on the who's-watching screen.
Adjust the maturity level
By default a Kids profile shows titles rated for ages 12 and under. To narrow or widen that, go to netflix.com/account in a browser, open Profile & Parental Controls, choose the child's profile, and click Change next to Viewing Restrictions. Enter your account password, pick the highest maturity rating you want, and click Save. You can also block specific titles by name on the same page.
Switch to the profile and check it
Pick the Kids profile from the who's-watching screen. The home page shows only titles at or below the rating you set, with larger tiles and no account options. Play something to confirm the profile behaves the way you expect.
No access to account settings. The Netflix Kids experience hides account, billing, and profile settings, so a child cannot change their own restrictions or add profiles from inside it.
Lock the adult profiles. Nothing stops a child from tapping an adult profile on the who's-watching screen. Set a PIN on each adult profile at netflix.com/account under Profile & Parental Controls, the profile, Profile Lock, so switching requires a code.
