How to Set a Profile PIN on Netflix
Lock a Netflix profile with a 4-digit PIN from Profile & Parental Controls at netflix.com/account so nobody can open it on any device without the code.

You want to keep others in the household out of your Netflix profile, or stop kids from opening an adult profile. Netflix can require a 4-digit PIN to open a profile. The setting lives only at netflix.com/account in a browser.
Open Profile & Parental Controls
Go to netflix.com/account in a browser and sign in. Click Profile & Parental Controls (on newer layouts, Profiles), then click the profile you want to lock.
Open Profile Lock
Click Change next to Profile Lock.
Enter your account password
Netflix asks for the password to the whole account, not anything specific to the profile. Type it and click Continue.
Turn on the PIN
Tick Require a PIN to access this profile. Enter four digits in the box. Pick something the profile owner will remember, because there is no separate PIN recovery. The only way to reset a forgotten PIN is through this same page with the account password.
Save
Click Save. The change applies the next time someone opens the profile.
Test it on another device
Open Netflix on your TV or phone and pick the locked profile. A PIN prompt appears. Enter the digits to get in, or pick a different profile.
Set Viewing Restrictions too. On the same profile page, Viewing Restrictions lets you cap the maturity rating and block individual titles. A PIN on the adult profiles plus restrictions on the kids' profiles covers both directions.
The PIN applies on every device. TVs, phones, tablets, game consoles, and browsers all ask for it. If a device does not prompt, sign out of Netflix on that device and back in, since older sessions can take a few hours to pick up the change.
