Remove a show from the Netflix Continue Watching row with the Remove from row option, or hide it from viewing activity at netflix.com/account so it stays gone.

A show you gave up on keeps sitting in the Continue Watching row, or someone watched something on your profile that you do not want to see. There are two ways to remove it: a quick one on the row itself, and a permanent one through viewing activity.
Find the title in Continue Watching
Open Netflix on any device using the profile that watched the title. Scroll to the Continue Watching row on the home screen.
Open the title's menu
In a browser, hover over the title and click the down arrow (or the three-dot icon) on the card. On a phone or tablet, tap the three dots below the card. On a TV, highlight the title and press down to open its options.
Choose Remove from row
Click Remove from row (some devices label it Remove from Continue Watching). The title disappears from the row immediately on that device. Watching it again puts it back.
Hide it from viewing activity for a permanent removal
If the title comes back or you want it gone from every device, go to netflix.com/account in a browser, click Profile & Parental Controls (or Profiles), choose the profile, and click Viewing activity. Find the title in the list and click the hide icon (a circle with a line through it) next to it. For a series, Netflix then offers Hide series? so you can remove every episode at once. Hidden titles also stop influencing recommendations.
Hide everything if needed
At the bottom of the viewing activity list, Hide all clears the whole history for that profile. It cannot be undone, so use it only if you want a clean slate.
Hiding takes time to spread. Removing from the row is instant on the device you used, but a title hidden through viewing activity can take up to a day to vanish from every device signed in to the account.
The row is per profile. Each profile has its own Continue Watching row and its own viewing activity, so make the change from the profile that watched the title, not from the account owner's profile.
