How to Cancel Netflix
Cancel Netflix under Membership at netflix.com/account, or through Apple, Google, or your carrier if they bill you, and keep watching until the period ends.

You want to stop paying for Netflix. Cancellation happens on the account page at netflix.com, unless another company bills you for it, in which case you cancel through them.
Open your account page
Go to netflix.com/account in a browser and sign in. The Netflix app on most TVs, phones, and tablets cannot cancel a membership, so use a browser.
Find the cancel option
Under Membership & Billing (on newer layouts, Membership), click Cancel Membership. If you do not see that button, check the billing details on the same page. If it says you are billed through iTunes, Google Play, or a carrier, skip to the note at the end.
Confirm the cancellation
Click Finish Cancellation. Netflix sends a confirmation email, and the account page then shows the date your access ends.
Keep watching until the billing period ends
Cancelling does not cut you off immediately. You can stream until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is refunded for unused days.
Restart later if you change your mind
Sign in at netflix.com within 10 months of cancelling and click Restart Membership. Your profiles, My List, ratings, and viewing history are all still there. After 10 months, Netflix deletes them.
Billed through Apple, Google, or a carrier. Netflix cannot cancel those subscriptions. On an iPhone, open Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Netflix, Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, your profile icon, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Netflix, Cancel subscription. For a mobile or internet carrier bundle, cancel in the carrier's account portal or by contacting the carrier.
Downloads stop working. Titles downloaded to a phone, tablet, or Windows PC become unplayable once the paid period ends, even though the files stay on the device until you delete them.
